Beginning therapy can come from many places. Sometimes it's a particular issue, and other times it's a more subtle sense that life could feel different. Whatever brings you here, reaching out is a meaningful first step.

I offer a space where you can speak freely and know you will be met with care and respect. My role is not to set the agenda for you, but rather to aim toward creating a steady and thoughtful relationship where we can explore your experiences together. In that exploration, new understandings may emerge and with them, the possibility of change.

Who I work with

I primarily meet with adults one-to-one. I also welcome enquiries from couples who want a supportive, thoughtfully held space to talk together about how you communicate and connect.

How I practise

My approach is grounded in psychodynamic principles. This means we pay gentle attention to patterns that tend to repeat across mood, relationships, and self-talk, and how these may shape life today.

I work in a person-centred way, which means your pace and priorities are at the heart of our time together. The therapeutic relationship we build is central; trust, safety, and consistency are vital, and I take great care with those.
